Opportunities
A hydraulic solution for transporting water without the need for electricity, fuel or solar panels, using the energy already present in the water flow itself. It can operate continuously and is particularly suitable for rural or remote locations, or projects seeking greater autonomy.
How it works
- uses the energy of moving water and hydraulic action to create pressure;
- requires flowing water and a suitable difference in level;
- lifts part of the water and carries it through pipework to where it is needed;
- requires no connection to the electricity grid, fuel or solar panels;
- can operate 24 hours a day, provided the necessary flow conditions are present.

An opportunity is being explored to connect Algarve producers with a wine producer in North Wales, through the possible supply of grape juice concentrate remaining from the wine production process.
The product concerned is the grape juice concentrate that remains available after production and is not incorporated into the final wine. Rather than remaining unused, it could represent an additional commercial opportunity for Algarve producers.

Our Experience and Network
The presence we intend to establish in the Algarve is based on experience in project management, legal and institutional fields, international communication and work with commercial businesses and public bodies. Knowledge of Portugal and the Algarve adds an important local dimension to the identification and development of new opportunities.
ITS CeltLink is being developed in cooperation with ITSG World, established in Wales to support SMEs in accessing international markets and commercial relationships.
ITSG’s experience includes consultancy, project-support programmes, training, international trade delegations and the development of partner networks. Its directors/founders also have experience working with government trade departments and maintain relationships with organisations and partners in different markets.
During the initial stage, while the Algarve operation is being formalised, and where applicable, certain orders and commercial arrangements may be processed through ITSG World Limited in Wales, according to the terms of each project.
Celtic and international network
Through this cooperation, the aim is to develop and strengthen connections with buyers, suppliers, distributors, agents, commercial partners and other relevant contacts.
There is a strong connection with Celtic nations and regions — including Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Cornwall, Brittany and Galicia — integrated within a wider international network of contacts.
Regional identity and exchange
ITS CeltLink also aims to support producers, artisans, makers and small commercial businesses connected with regional identity, facilitating the sharing of products, ideas, knowledge and traditions between regions with rich and distinctive cultural heritage.
